How coverage works here
Whichever applies to your family, the clinicians and the standard of care are the same.
Medicare
We're a Medicare-certified home health agency. Skilled home health — nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, and medical social services — is covered by Medicare for eligible patients when your doctor orders it. We'll help you understand whether you or your loved one qualifies.
Medicaid
Medicaid accepted. We also work with many Medicare Advantage and Medicaid managed-care plans — including, but not limited to, Humana, Aetna, and Sunshine Health. Plans and networks change, so call us and we'll help confirm your specific plan.
Private Pay
Private-pay personal care lets you choose the hours and the help you need, and care can often begin within 48 hours — no eligibility wait. Many long-term care insurance policies can help cover it, too.
Managed care
Working with Medicare Advantage & managed-care plans
Many families today have a Medicare Advantage or Medicaid managed-care plan rather than traditional coverage. We work with many of these plans across Tampa Bay. Because every plan is a little different, the simplest thing is to call us with your plan name — we'll check it and tell you plainly what's covered and what to expect.
