After a stroke or illness, talking, thinking clearly, and even swallowing safely can become hard. Our licensed speech-language pathologists help you or your loved one communicate, think, and eat with more confidence and safety — at home.

What's included
Speech therapy helps people recovering from a stroke, a brain injury, or an illness that has affected speech, memory, or swallowing.
Skilled care is covered by Medicare for eligible patients when your doctor orders it. We also work with many Medicare Advantage and Medicaid managed-care plans — call us and we'll help confirm your specific plan.

From your first call to the first visit at home.
Reach us by phone or send a quick request. We'll gather the basics and help confirm coverage — usually the same business day.
A registered nurse visits the home for a full assessment, reviews your physician's orders, and builds a care plan around real needs.
Your assigned clinician begins visits on the agreed schedule, and we keep you and your doctor informed along the way.
We make referrals easy: same-day acknowledgment, start of care within 24–48 hours of receiving orders, and written clinical updates after every visit. See our referral page or call (813) 400-0324.
